Low Carb Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
1lb of Chicken
12oz of Bell Peppers and Onions
2 Garlic Cloves Crushed
1 Lime
½ Teaspoon of Salt
½ Teaspoon of Pepper
Toppings (Optional):
Salsa
Sour Cream
Mixed Cheese
Water
Instructions
Cut chicken into strips and separately chop bell peppers and onions into strips
Combine crushed garlic with lime juice. Add sliced chicken to mixture and allow to marinate for 1-2 hours
Pre-heat a large saute pan to medium temperature, then add sliced chicken. Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until chicken begins to slightly blacken
Add bell peppers and onions, seasonings, and 2 tablespoons of water (water makes it steam and allows the mixture to not dry out)
Stir consistently and once is gone, add another 2 tablespoons or so. Make sure to wait until the vegetables are slightly blackened and are semi soft
Serve with traditional condiments such as the sour cream and mixed cheese, ENJOY!
